Kukua Institute

The Kukua Institute is a place to discover, share, celebrate, and grow art, history, science, and technology! Kukua means growth in Swahili We help narrow this talent gap for People of Color through programs that deliver impact in 3 ways. We teach youth about African American contributions to society through Virtual Reality, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence in order to build their pride and skills. For Gen Zers we help them grow and develop skills for the future of work through project-based learning, industry upskilling programs, and apprenticeships. Finally for Black and Latino founders we teach them the best practices, host networking events, and connect them to opportunities.
