I have been in private practice for 18 years. I see clients with a variety of needs and issues including trauma, couples, and professionals. I specialize in trauma recovery and enjoy working with clients to help them overcome life's challenges. I use an eclectic approach based on the needs of the client. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is beneficial in most areas including anxiety and depression whereas, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy is beneficial as it applies to trauma recovery.
