Sandestin Owners Association

The SOA is a non-profit property owners association, which is responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, operating and maintaining the following within the Sandestin Community: Security Sanitation Lake Maintenance Architectural Review Most Roadways Bicycle and Walking paths Landscaping of the common properties and the master irrigation systems Most master storm water drainage systems Two swimming pool facilities that are heated in the fall/winter months – One is across from Linkside Village on Audubon Drive (SOA Pool 1) and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center (previously SOA Pool 2), which is by the Baytowne Traffic Circle next to Bay Pines. Both are open daily from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
