Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is a 110-bed Skilled Nursing facility that sits just off the Blackwater River in downtown Milton. Focused on the individual needs of our residents and patients, our interdisciplinary team partners with physicians, residents/patients, and their families to achieve successful outcomes. In conjunction with our continuity of care approach to each resident and patient, we believe in focusing on key initiatives to improve the quality of life, medical care and successful outcomes for each individual.
