In 2023, a group of old skateboarders started a Sunday tradition at a skate curb in Downtown Pensacola. We cherished the camaraderie, the satisfying clatter of slappies, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Our sessions became legendary, but what happened next marked a pivotal moment in our history. It wasn't until Pensacola’s first concrete park, Blake Doyle Skatepark, finally opened in the summer that we decided to relocate our meet-ups. This skatepark provided us with a new canvas to showcase our skills and build our ever-expanding tribe. As word spread, our crew grew fast and we now fill the park every Sunday morning. This is where it all began, the birthplace of the first chapter of coffeeńcurbs.
