White-Wilson Medical Center offers laboratory collection and testing services at each of the laboratories in Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre and Niceville can perform limited testing on-site. Our central laboratory in Fort Walton Beach performs a full range of laboratory testing and with our twice daily courier service, the satellite locations can collect specimens for shipment to Fort Walton Beach. Our primary laboratory testing facility is conveniently located across from the main l
